Investing.com - Crude oil futures were lower in European trading hours on Friday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for June delivery traded at USD59.53 a barrel at time of writing falling 0.58%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD59.41 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD58.75 and resistance at USD61.85.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.64% to trade at USD94.00.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for July delivery fell 0.15% to trade at USD66.60 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD7.07 a barrel.
