Investing.com - Crude oil futures were lower in European trading hours on Friday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for December delivery traded at USD81.19 a barrel at time of writing falling 1.10%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD81.15 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD80.05 and resistance at USD83.26.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.13% to trade at USD85.84.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for December delivery fell 1.16% to trade at USD85.83 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD4.64 a barrel.
