On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for March delivery traded at USD44.51 a barrel at time of writing falling 0.06%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD44.38 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD43.58 and resistance at USD46.55.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.12% to trade at USD94.85.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for March delivery fell 0.19% to trade at USD48.97 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD4.46 a barrel.
