Investing.com - Crude oil futures were lower in Asian trading hours on Friday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for November delivery traded at USD84.31 a barrel at time of writing falling 1.70%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD84.09 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD84.06 and resistance at USD90.74.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.02% to trade at USD85.64.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for November delivery fell 0.61% to trade at USD88.49 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD4.18 a barrel.
