Investing.com - Crude oil futures were lower during the Asian session on Wednesday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for May delivery traded at USD47.30 a barrel at time of writing falling 0.63%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD47.12 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD47.12 and resistance at USD51.38.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.28% to trade at USD98.42.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for May delivery fell 0.38% to trade at USD54.99 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD7.69 a barrel.
