Investing.com - Crude oil futures were lower during the Asian session on Wednesday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for March delivery traded at USD50.44 a barrel at time of writing falling 0.84%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD50.36 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD43.58 and resistance at USD54.24.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.05% to trade at USD94.81.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for April delivery fell 1.08% to trade at USD57.49 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD7.05 a barrel.
