Investing.com - Crude oil futures were lower during the Asian session on Tuesday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for March delivery traded at USD52.17 a barrel at time of writing falling 1.31%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD52.06 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD43.58 and resistance at USD54.24.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.25% to trade at USD94.46.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for April delivery fell 0.79% to trade at USD58.62 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD6.45 a barrel.
