On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for November delivery traded at USD87.50 a barrel at time of writing falling 0.21%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD87.44 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD86.83 and resistance at USD90.74.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.08% to trade at USD85.30.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for November delivery fell 0.07% to trade at USD91.49 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD3.99 a barrel.
