Investing.com - Crude oil futures were higher in U.S. trading hours on Tuesday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for August delivery traded at USD60.49 a barrel at time of writing rising 0.83%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD60.81 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD59.19 and resistance at USD61.91.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.21% to trade at USD95.26.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for August delivery fell 0.31% to trade at USD63.75 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD3.26 a barrel.
