On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for June delivery traded at USD100.31 a barrel at time of writing rising 0.55%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD100.42 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD98.75 and resistance at USD100.59.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.00% to trade at USD79.55.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for June delivery fell 0.10% to trade at USD108.70 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD8.39 a barrel.
