Investing.com - Crude oil futures were higher during the Asian session on Thursday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for June delivery traded at USD58.62 a barrel at time of writing rising 0.08%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD58.73 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD56.07 and resistance at USD59.33.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.01% to trade at USD95.32.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for June delivery fell 0.12% to trade at USD65.50 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD6.88 a barrel.
