Investing.com - Crude oil futures were higher during the Asian session on Wednesday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for March delivery traded at USD52.14 a barrel at time of writing rising 1.72%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD52.34 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD43.58 and resistance at USD54.24.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.21% to trade at USD93.96.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for March delivery rose 0.75% to trade at USD57.41 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD5.27 a barrel.
