Investing.com - Crude oil futures were higher during the Asian session on Thursday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for March delivery traded at USD44.55 a barrel at time of writing rising 0.24%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD44.62 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD44.11 and resistance at USD46.55.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.04% to trade at USD94.92.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for March delivery rose 0.36% to trade at USD48.69 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD4.14 a barrel.
