Investing.com - Crude oil futures were higher during the Asian session on Thursday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for January delivery traded at USD61.41 a barrel at time of writing rising 0.76%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD61.66 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD60.43 and resistance at USD65.61.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.11% to trade at USD88.16.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for January delivery rose 0.44% to trade at USD64.72 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD3.31 a barrel.
