On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for October delivery traded at USD94.07 a barrel at time of writing rising 0.34%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD94.08 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD93.42 and resistance at USD96.68.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.04% to trade at USD81.66.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for October delivery rose 0.11% to trade at USD101.83 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD7.76 a barrel.
