On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for May delivery traded at USD46.10 a barrel at time of writing falling 0.05%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD45.91 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD45.08 and resistance at USD50.69.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.01% to trade at USD100.13.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for May delivery rose 0.02% to trade at USD54.15 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD8.05 a barrel.
