(Reuters) - British oilfield services company Petrofac Ltd (L:PFC) on Tuesday named former BG Group executive Alastair Cochran as its finance head.
Alastair Cochran, who oversaw BG's integration with oil major Royal Dutch Shell (L:RDSa), would replace Tim Weller as chief financial officer and executive director at the company's October board meeting, it said.
Tim Weller is set to move to security provider company G4S Plc (L:GFS) as CFO in October.
