Investment Strategy

The Sub-Fund aims to achieve good investment returns in USD. The average maturity of the Sub-Fund's assets shall not exceed 12 months (actual, legal maturity). With variable-interest securities, the period until the next interest-rate change is applied for calculating the average maturity. Up to 33% of the Sub-Fund’s assets may be invested out-side the aforementioned investment universe, such as fixed income securities and money market instruments denominated in another currency than USD and bank deposits for liquidity management.

Biography	Wehrle is currently a vice president at Vontobel Asset Management, Switzerland where he is deputy head of fixed income management. Wehrle has been with the firm since 1994. From 1989 to 1994 he managed fixed income investments for Sandoz AG. He was also responsible for setting up the Sandoz Investment Trust in London.
