Investment Strategy

The Fund aims to provide capital growth in excess of the MSCI World (Net TR) index after fees have been deducted over a three to five year period by investing in equity and equity related securities of companies worldwide. The Fund is actively managed and invests at least two-thirds of its assets in equity and equity related securities of companies worldwide. ‘Alpha’ funds invest in companies in which the Investment Manager has a high conviction that the current share price does not reflect the future prospects for that business.

She has 27 years of investment experience and holds an MBA from the Ecole Superieure Libre des Sciences Commerciales Appliquees (ESLSCA) in Paris. She also holds a master’s degree in Mandarin Chinese from Dauphine University in Paris and an undergraduate degree from People’s University (Renda) in Beijing.

Jonathan started his career at Schroders in London and has managed UK, Australian, Asian, US, EAFE and Global Equities. He was Head of US Equities from 2005 onwards and most recently a portfolio manager on the Global Equity team which managed over US$15bn of assets for institutional and retail clients."
