Investment Strategy

The Fund’s investment objective is to provide capital appreciation by investing primarily in Sterling denominated debt instruments which include but are not limited to, municipal and government bonds, agency debt (being that issued by local authorities or public international bodies of which one or more governments is a member), mortgage related debt and corporate debt that are listed, traded or dealt in on a Regulated Market in the OECD and which may have fixed or floating interest rates. At least two-thirds of the total assets of the Fund (without taking into account ancillary liquid assets) will be invested in transferable debt instruments denominated in Sterling.
