Investment Strategy

The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests it’s assets primarily in equity securities of small-cap companies that the advisor believes are trading below its estimate of their current worth. It invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of small-cap companies, under normal circumstances.
