Investment Strategy

"(A) (1) Exposure to to CPI linked bonds shall not be less than 75% of net asset value of the Fund, provided that exposure to CPI linked bonds issued by the State of Israel shall not be less from 50% of the net asset value of the fund. (2) The average duration of all indexed bonds held in the fund shall not be less than two years and not more than four years. (3) The Fund Manager intends, at its discretion and subject to paragraph (a) (2) of this section above, the act so that the average lifespan of all indexed bonds held in the fund shall not be less than 30 months, but the fund manager is not obliged to do so. (4) The Fund Manager shall not purchase or create for the Fund options and futures contracts and will not execute repurchase transactions for the Fund. (5) The fund shall have no equity exposure. (6) The fund shall have no exposure to foreign currency. (7) The fund shall have no exposure to non-investment grade bonds. "
