Investment Strategy

Folksam LO Obligation is an actively managed fixed income fund that primarily invests in bonds with high credit quality (investment grade). Examples include government bonds and covered Swedish mortgage bonds and bonds issued by municipalities, county councils and companies under public ownership. The fund also invests in real interest rate bonds and corporate bonds. The average duration of the fund’s holdings ranges from two to seven years. The fund is mainly designed for savings in collectively agreed occupational pension and premium pension schemes. The fund complies with Swedbank Robur’s Responsible Investment Policy and Folksam LO’s ethical investment criteria.
