Investment Strategy

The investment seeks investment results that correspond to the investment performance of U.S. common stocks, as represented by the NASDAQ 100 Index. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in investments with economic characteristics similar to the stocks represented in the index. It will invest primarily in common stocks of the companies that compose the index. The index is an unmanaged index comprising common stocks of the 100 largest domestic and international non-financial companies on the broader NASDAQ Composite Index based on market capitalization. The fund is non-diversified.
