The Sub-fund aims to achieve (after deduction of costs) growth in both income and capital over rolling five-year periods, whilst delivering a yield higher than that of the MSCI ACWI Index over rolling five-year periods. The Sub-fund will invest at least 90% in shares of companies anywhere in the world. The Sub-fund will be actively managed and will invest in companies of any size and any sector.

Biography | Toby is an Investment Manager on the Sustainable Growth Team and will be a Partner in the firm from May 2023. He first joined Baillie Gifford in 2006, as an analyst on the UK equities team. Biography | Dominic joined Baillie Gifford in 2009 and is Head of the Global Income Growth Team and Manager of The Scottish American Investment Company PLC (SAINTS). Before joining Baillie Gifford Dominic spent time both at Insight Investment, where he managed global equity portfolios in both long-only and market-neutral strategies, as well as at Stewart Ivory. Preceding his career in fund management, Dominic spent three years as a post-doctoral research fellow in quantitative genetics, following completion of a PhD in Statistics at the University of Reading in 1995. Prior to this he graduated MSc in Statistics in 1991 and BA in Mathematics in 1990, both from the University of Oxford. | ||

Kavé joined the International Growth Portfolio Construction Group in 2005 and went on to set up a dedicated research team for that group in 2011. He became a Partner in 2012 and returned to the UK Team in 2019. |
