VanEck ETFs N.V. - VanEck iBoxx EUR Sovereign Capped AAA-AA 1-5 UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by ThinkCapital Asset Management B.V. It invests in the fixed income markets across the globe. The fund invests in Euro denominated, fixed rate government bonds with a maturity ranging between 1.25 and 5.5 years. It invests in securities with a rating of AAA or AA by S&P and Fitch and Aaa or Aa2 by Moody’s. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Markit iBoxx EUR Liquid Sovereigns Capped AAA-AA 1-5 Index, by investing in the securities as per their weightings in the index. VanEck ETFs N.V. - VanEck iBoxx EUR Sovereign Capped AAA-AA 1-5 UCITS ETF was formed on November 26, 2012 and is domiciled in Netherlands.
