ComStage - iBoxx Euro Germany Covered Capped 5-7 TR UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by Commerz Funds Solutions S.A. It is managed by Commerzbank AG. The fund invests in the fixed income markets of Germany. It uses derivatives such as swaps to invest in the Euro denominated, fixed-rate covered bonds with maturity between 5 and 7 years. The fund invests in investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. It seeks to replicate the performance of the Markit iBOXX € Germany Covered Capped 5-7 Total Return Index, by employing synthetic replication methodology. The fund was formerly known as ComStage ETF - iBoxx Euro Germany Covered Capped 5-7 TR UCITS ETF. ComStage - iBOXX € Germany Covered Capped 5-7 UCITS ETF was formed on March 30, 2010 and is domiciled in Luxembourg.
