That’s the third fixture of my FX League published at investing.com, but the second one at the British version. I analyse the market using my own-made complex mathematical algorithms which check every currency under two conditions: Trend and Momentum.
Before publishing the results for the upcoming week, it is a right time for counting this week’s achievements according to: http://uk.investing.com/analysis/fx-league-%E2%80%93-jpy-and-eur-on-the-top-while-cad-and-aud-on-the-bottom.-1125:
1. AUD/JPY - SHORT from 95.14 to 93.55 = PROFIT 427.81 $pips
2. CAD/JPY - SHORT from 97.58 to 96.03 = PROFIT 138.91 $pips
3. EUR/AUD - LONG from 1.4427 to 1.4517 = PROFIT 74.9 $pips
4. EUR/CAD - LONG from 1.4074 to 1.4145 = PROFIT 59.89 $pips
*EUR/CHF - LONG from 1.2111 to 1.2089 = LOSS 27.14 $pips
The overall result of the week: PROFIT 674.36 $pips.
*The SWAPs are included in the statistics.
*$pips term is used to standardize the calculations. So every profit and loss is counted as US Dollar was the base currency.
*Volumes: 1. Vs 8. (this week AUD/JPY) – 3 times basic volume, others traded with basic volume.
The overall FX League result (1st and 2nd fixtures): PROFIT 639.89 $pips !

TREND: The winner of the category is Japanese yen scoring 15.3 points, the second Euro really close, but still behind Yen. On the other side of the table: Aussie is still the outsider, having only 2.7 out of 21 available points.
MOMENTUM: The Japanese yen is winner also in this category scoring 15 points, but CHF and EUR are really close. On the bottom five currencies with similar scores, but North American brother, USD and CAD, are the worst and scored 5.4 and 5.7 respectively.
OVERALL: The winner of the week is Yen, it is the third week in a row when Japanese currency is leading, 2nd place for Euro which scored 26.7 points, but the Swiss franc made the highest progress in comparison to last week, still not enough to beat Yen and Euro. While on the bottom still Canadian and Aussie with the same order as last week. The Swiss franc made the highest progress in comparison to last week, but it was not enough to beat Yen and Euro.
