LONDON (Reuters) - Zegona Communications, Eamonn O'Hare's European telecoms investment vehicle, said on Monday it had raised 300 million euros ($321 million) from shareholders to help fund its 5 billion euro acquisition of Vodafone (LON:VOD) Spain.
Zegona said last month it would aim to raise between 300 million and 600 million euros in equity for the deal, which is mainly debt funded.
