Shares of KeyCorp (NYSE: KEY) moved lower during Thursday’s session after the company reported fourth-quarter financial results.

Revenues of $1.538 billion, down 19.0% Y/Y, slightly topped the consensus of $1.532 billion. Adjusted EPS of 25 cents topped the street view of 23 cents.

KeyCorp shares fell 5.4% to $13.10 on Thursday.
