Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were lower at the close on Sunday, as losses in the Energy & Utilities, Media & Publishing and Petrochemicals sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share fell 1.31% to hit a new 6-month low.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al Taiseer Group TALCO Industrial Company SCJSC (TADAWUL:4143), which rose 100,000.00% or 49.20 points to trade at 49.20 at the close. Al Moammar Information Systems Co CJSC (TADAWUL:7200) added 7.24% or 11.00 points to end at 163.00 and Saudi Cable Company (TADAWUL:2110) was up 5.51% or 3.70 points to 70.80 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Saudi Manpower Solutions Co (TADAWUL:1834), which lost 8.51% or 0.77 points to trade at 8.28 in late trade. International Company for Water and Power Projects (TADAWUL:2082) declined 5.31% or 18.60 points to end at 331.80 and Miahona Holding SCJSC (TADAWUL:2084) shed 5.19% or 1.18 points to 21.56.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 0 to 0 on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for August delivery was down 0.17% or 0.13 to $78.05 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 0.10% or 0.08 to hit $82.67 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 1.31% or 30.40 to trade at $2,348.40 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.38% to 4.01, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.04% at 105.17.
