Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were lower at the close on Monday, as losses in the Energy & Utilities, Cement and Financial Services sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share lost 0.23%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Dr Soliman Abdel Kader Fakeeh (TADAWUL:4017), which rose 7.02% or 4.20 points to trade at 64.00 at the close. Sadr Logistics Co (TADAWUL:1832) added 6.36% or 0.21 points to end at 3.51 and United Cooperative Assurance Co (TADAWUL:8190) was up 5.40% or 0.60 points to 11.72 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Al Sagr Co-operative Insurance Co (TADAWUL:8180), which lost 4.78% or 1.10 points to trade at 21.90 in late trade. Miahona Holding SCJSC (TADAWUL:2084) declined 3.41% or 1.50 points to end at 42.50 and International Company for Water and Power Projects (TADAWUL:2082) shed 3.25% or 12.80 points to 381.00.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 162 to 127 and 20 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for September delivery was down 0.85% or 0.67 to $77.97 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in September fell 0.75% or 0.62 to hit $82.01 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.04% or 1.05 to trade at $2,398.05 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.03% to 4.08, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.03% at 104.08.
