Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were higher at the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Energy & Utilities, Petrochemicals and Financial Services sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 0.28%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Malath Cooperative Insurance Co (SE:8020), which rose 9.92% or 1.48 points to trade at 16.40 at the close. Aldrees Petroleum & Transport Svcs (SE:4200) added 5.31% or 1.48 points to end at 29.35 and United Electronics Company (SE:4003) was up 5.07% or 2.30 points to 47.70 in late trade.
Biggest losers included SABB Takaful (SE:8080), which lost 3.55% or 1.03 points to trade at 28.00 in late trade. Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance (SE:8311) declined 2.82% or 0.69 points to end at 23.74 and Southern Province Cement Co. (SE:3050) shed 2.51% or 1.25 points to 48.60.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 86 to 79 and 11 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.32% or 0.16 to $50.30 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.52% or 0.29 to hit $55.83 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.14% or 1.79 to trade at $1273.59 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.14% to 4.4060, while USD/SAR fell 0.01% to 3.7500.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.02% at 93.46.
