Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were higher at the close on Thursday, as gains in the Real Estate Development, Multi Investment and Agriculture & Food sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.19%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Ash-Sharqiyah Development Company (SE:6060), which rose 9.83% or 5.18 points to trade at 57.90 at the close. Anb Insurance (SE:8011) added 6.67% or 1.67 points to end at 26.70 and Taleem REIT Fund (SE:4333) was up 6.18% or 0.64 points to 11.00 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Saudi United Cooperative Insurance (SE:8060), which lost 6.40% or 2.14 points to trade at 31.30 in late trade. Saudi Int Petrochemical Co (SE:2310) declined 4.88% or 1.18 points to end at 23.02 and Zamil Industrial Investment Co (SE:2240) shed 3.67% or 0.96 points to 25.20.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 99 to 82 and 5 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for June delivery was up 0.57% or 0.39 to $68.44 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in June rose 0.92% or 0.68 to hit $74.68 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.13% or 1.70 to trade at $1324.50 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.24% to 4.5715, while USD/SAR rose 0.02% to 3.7508.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.19% at 90.86.
