Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were higher at the close on Thursday, as gains in the Multi Investment, Media & Publishing and Financial Services sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.12%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Tabuk Cement Co. (SE:3090), which rose 7.02% or 0.84 points to trade at 12.80 at the close. Red Sea Housing Services Company (SE:4230) added 4.94% or 0.96 points to end at 20.40 and Tihama Advertising&Public Relations (SE:4070) was up 4.67% or 1.95 points to 43.75 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development (SE:4300), which lost 9.94% or 0.84 points to trade at 7.61 in late trade. Al Alamiya Cooperative Insurance (SE:8280) declined 5.30% or 1.41 points to end at 25.20 and Takween Advanced Industries (SE:1201) shed 4.61% or 0.48 points to 9.93.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 101 to 74 and 3 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.07% or 0.04 to $54.34 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 0.30% or 0.18 to hit $60.31 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.03% or 0.33 to trade at $1276.97 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.23% to 4.3670, while USD/SAR fell 0.01% to 3.7502.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.05% at 94.65.
