Quanta Services Announces First Quarter 2024 Earnings Release & Conference Call Schedule

HOUSTON, April 4, 2024 /PRNewswire/ --  Quanta Services, Inc. (NYSE: PWR) announced today that it will release its first quarter 2024 financial results on Thursday, May 2, 2024, before the market opens. In conjunction with the press release, Quanta has scheduled a conference call and webcast for 9:00 a.m. Eastern time on Thursday, May 2, 2024.

Earnings Call Format and Supplemental Materials
Shortly following the issuance of its first quarter 2024 earnings release, Quanta will post its First Quarter 2024 Operational and Financial Commentary on the Investor Relations section of the Quanta website (http://investors.quantaservices.com), which will provide operational and financial information, as well as industry and end-market commentary. While management intends to make brief introductory remarks during the earnings call, the Operational and Financial Commentary is intended to largely replace management's prepared remarks, allowing additional time for questions from the institutional investment community. Additionally, the company intends to post all other supplemental earnings materials on the Investor Relations section of the Quanta website shortly after the issuance of its first quarter 2024 earnings release.
