ARLINGTON, Texas - Loews Hotels & Co, a subsidiary of Loews Corporation (NYSE: NYSE:L), announced today the opening of the Loews Arlington Hotel and Convention Center. This new establishment is the second Loews property in Arlington and is positioned as a significant addition to the city's Entertainment District.

The 21-story hotel offers 888 guest rooms and luxury suites, and it is connected to the new Arlington Convention Center, which is also operated by Loews Hotels & Co. The complex, including the existing Live! by Loews Hotel, provides nearly 1,200 rooms and approximately 300,000 square feet of meeting and event space.

Located between Dallas and Fort Worth, and a short distance from DFW International Airport, the hotel is situated near Globe Life (NYSE:GL) Field and AT&T (NYSE:T) Stadium, homes of the Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys, respectively. Loews Arlington Hotel aims to attract sports fans, concertgoers, corporations, and associations with its extensive meeting facilities, including the largest hotel ballroom in North Texas.

The hotel features five new restaurants and lounges, with additional dining options set to open in summer 2024. Guests can also enjoy a range of amenities, such as a full-service spa and salon, a resort-style beach club with pools, cabanas, and a man-made beach.

The hotel's development included collaboration with architectural firm HKS, interior design by Looney & Associates, and construction by JE Dunn, with local firms Con-Real and Nehmer also involved.

The Loews Arlington Hotel and Convention Center is part of the ongoing development of Arlington's Entertainment District, which includes Texas Live!, Live! by Loews - Arlington, and Globe Life Field.
