U.S. stock futures traded higher this morning on Wednesday. Here are some big stocks recording losses in today’s pre-market trading session.

  • ARS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPRY) shares dipped 46.8% to $3.51 in pre-market trading after the FDA issued a Complete Response Letter for ARS Pharma's neffy® Epinephrine nasal spray, with request for additional study.
  • Revance Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: RVNC) shares declined 5.8% to $13.01 in pre-market trading. Revance Therapeutics shares fell 17% on Tuesday after the company said it commenced a plan to exit the OPUL payments business and expects to record a restructuring charge of up to $7 million.
  • Instacart (Maplebear Inc.) (NASDAQ: CART) shares fell 4.4% to $32.21 in pre-market trading after gaining 12% on Tuesday. Instacart priced its IPO at $30 per share late Monday, which was at the top end of the expected range. Needham initiated coverage on Maplebear with a Hold rating.
  • Meta Data Limited (NYSE: AIU) shares fell 4% to $0.96 in pre-market trading after declining around 5% on Tuesday.
  • Nikola Corporation (NASDAQ: NKLA) shares declined 3.2% to $1.50 in pre-market trading. Nikola recently announced the appointment of a new chief operating officer.
  • Toyota Motor Corporation (NYSE: TM) shares fell 2.6% to $190.06 in pre-market trading after adding 3% on Tuesday.
