(Reuters) - Britain's Direct Line Insurance Group (L:DLGD) said on Friday it had appointed Penny James, head of risk at insurer Prudential (L:PRU), as chief financial officer.
James will succeed John Reizenstein as CFO on March 1, 2018, after the signing off of the 2017 accounts, the motor insurer said in a statement.
Separately, Prudential said Pat Casey, chief risk and compliance officer at Prudential UK & Europe, will take on the role of group chief risk officer on an interim basis.
