Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Industrials, Software & Computer Services and Technology sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.72% to hit a new 1-month low.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were GN Store Nord (COP:GN), which rose 6.55% or 9.0 points to trade at 146.3 at the close. FLSmidth & Co. (COP:FLS) added 0.28% or 0.9 points to end at 325.9 and Pandora A/S (COP:PNDORA) was up 0.22% or 1.5 points to 669.0 in late trade.
Biggest losers included A.P. Moller - Maersk A (COP:MAERSKa), which lost 2.64% or 330 points to trade at 12180 in late trade. A.P. Moller - Maersk B (COP:MAERSKb) declined 2.11% or 270 points to end at 12530 and COLOPLAST B (COP:COLOb) shed 1.67% or 8.4 points to 493.1.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 116 to 39 and 3 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for July delivery was up 3.11% or 1.81 to $59.95 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 3.21% or 2.02 to hit $64.70 a barrel, while the August Gold contract rose 0.24% or 2.80 to trade at $1176.40 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.24% to 6.6212, while EUR/DKK rose 0.03% to 7.4604.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.00% at 95.23.
