Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Software & Computer Services, Technology and Personal & Household Goods sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.37%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS), which rose 1.30% or 3.4 points to trade at 265.6 at the close. Nordea Bank AB (CO:NDA) added 0.97% or 0.55 points to end at 57.45 and Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb) was up 0.35% or 1.3 points to 371.9 in late trade.
Biggest losers included GN Store Nord (CO:GN), which lost 2.44% or 3.0 points to trade at 120.2 in late trade. Genmab (CO:GEN) declined 2.39% or 28.0 points to end at 1142.0 and A.P. Moller - Maersk B (CO:MAERSKb) shed 2.36% or 205 points to 8475.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 84 to 55 and 18 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for August delivery was up 0.31% or 0.14 to $45.82 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in September rose 0.38% or 0.18 to hit $47.55 a barrel, while the August Gold contract fell 0.14% or 1.85 to trade at $1330.35 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.54% to 6.7249, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4384.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.56% at 96.64.
