Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Healthcare, Chemicals and Consumer Goods sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.06%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were DSV (CO:DSV), which rose 1.48% or 5.2 points to trade at 355.7 at the close. AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CO:MAERSKa) added 1.31% or 150 points to end at 11570 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb) was up 1.01% or 120 points to 11970 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Nets A/S (CO:NETS), which lost 2.75% or 3.00 points to trade at 105.90 in late trade. GN Store Nord (CO:GN) declined 1.02% or 1.7 points to end at 164.5 and Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb) shed 0.84% or 2.0 points to 234.9.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 62 to 57 and 17 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for April delivery was up 1.45% or 0.69 to $48.41 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in May rose 1.04% or 0.53 to hit $51.45 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.00% or 0.05 to trade at $1202.55 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.33% to 6.9871, while EUR/DKK fell 0.00% to 7.4335.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.31% at 101.30.
