Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Thursday, as losses in the Financials, Software & Computer Services and Healthcare sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.01%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN), which rose 2.19% or 7.8 points to trade at 363.3 at the close. AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb) added 1.15% or 140 points to end at 12290 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CO:MAERSKa) was up 1.03% or 120 points to 11770 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Nordea Bank AB (CO:NDA), which lost 0.55% or 0.45 points to trade at 81.20 in late trade. Dong Energy A/S (CO:DENERG) declined 0.54% or 1.80 points to end at 330.00 and Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb) shed 0.46% or 1.4 points to 302.6.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 71 to 49 and 18 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for October delivery was up 1.64% or 0.81 to $50.11 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 0.83% or 0.46 to hit $55.62 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.13% or 1.73 to trade at $1329.73 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.06% to 6.2634, while EUR/DKK rose 0.00% to 7.4406.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.08% at 92.32.
