Investing.com – Denmark equities were higher at the close on Friday, as gains in the Technology, Industrials and Software & Computer Services sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 gained 0.52%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were DSV (CO:DSV), which rose 3.52% or 14.1 points to trade at 414.4 at the close. Carlsberg A/S B (CO:CARLb) added 1.54% or 10.5 points to end at 692.5 and Genmab (CO:GEN) was up 1.27% or 18.0 points to 1430.0 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which lost 2.33% or 15.5 points to trade at 651.0 in late trade. FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS) declined 1.06% or 4.4 points to end at 410.3 and ISS A/S (CO:ISS) shed 0.50% or 1.30 points to 257.00.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 69 to 40 and 20 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for August delivery was up 1.19% or 0.55 to $46.63 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in September rose 1.22% or 0.59 to hit $49.01 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.84% or 10.27 to trade at $1227.57 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.47% to 6.4935, while EUR/DKK fell 0.00% to 7.4363.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.53% at 95.05.
