Investing.com - The Standard & Poor’s/Case-Shiller composite-20 house price index fell unexpectedly in the last quarter, official data showed on Tuesday.
In a report, Standard & Poor’s said that S&P/CS House Price Index fell to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 5.2%, from 5.4% in the preceding quarter.
Analysts had expected S&P/CS House Price Index to rise to 5.5% in the last quarter.
