Rentokil announced earnings per share of £0.07 on revenue of £786.2M. Analysts polled by Investing.com anticipated EPS of £7.95 on revenue of £1,514M.
Rentokil shares are down 5.13% from the beginning of the year and are trading at £482.40 , down-from-52-week-high.They are under-performing the FTSE 100 which is up 2.95% from the start of the year.

Ashtead Group had beat expectations on Tuesday with third quarter EPS of £0.382 on revenue of £1.08B, compared to forecast for EPS of £0.351 on revenue of £1.19B.
