Investing.com - Crude oil futures were higher in European trading hours on Friday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for December delivery traded at USD78.28 a barrel at time of writing rising 0.47%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD78.34 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD75.84 and resistance at USD80.98.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.05% to trade at USD88.17.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for December delivery rose 0.29% to trade at USD83.10 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD4.82 a barrel.
