Investing.com - Crude oil futures were lower during the Asian session on Tuesday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for December delivery traded at USD80.57 a barrel at time of writing falling 0.53%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD80.47 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD79.44 and resistance at USD82.37.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.05% to trade at USD85.57.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for December delivery fell 0.15% to trade at USD85.25 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD4.68 a barrel.
