Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Consumer Goods and Software & Computer Services sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.19%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were DSV (COP:DSV), which rose 3.62% or 8.5 points to trade at 243.0 at the close. A.P. Moller - Maersk B (COP:MAERSKb) added 1.43% or 170 points to end at 12050 and GN Store Nord (COP:GN) was up 1.23% or 1.7 points to 140.4 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Pandora A/S (COP:PNDORA), which lost 1.38% or 11.0 points to trade at 788.0 in late trade. Carlsberg A/S B (COP:CARLb) declined 1.08% or 6.5 points to end at 595.5 and Nordea Bank AB (COP:NDA) shed 1.07% or 0.90 points to 83.35.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 82 to 73 and 7 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for September delivery was up 1.90% or 0.86 to $46.03 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in September rose 1.32% or 0.66 to hit $50.17 a barrel, while the December Gold contract rose 0.21% or 2.30 to trade at $1091.70 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.03% to 6.8123, while EUR/DKK fell 0.00% to 7.4619.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.06% at 97.54.
