U.S. unemployment rate 6.7% vs. 6.6% forecast

Investing.com - The unemployment rate in the U.S. remained unchanged unexpectedly last month, official data showed on Friday.

In a report, Bureau of Labor Statistics said that U.S. unemployment rate remained unchanged at a seasonally adjusted 6.7%, from 6.7% in the prior month.

Analysts had expected U.S. unemployment rate to fall to 6.6% last month.
